An oil-free, soap-free, good enough to eat dry cleanser from Fat and the Moon. Mix up a small scoop in your hand with a little water and kablam: you’ve got cleanser! Light as a Featha uses the antibacterial magic of honey, drawing powers of rhassoul clay and the moisturizing talents of coconut- a truly tremendous trio!
Light as a Featha is a mild exfoliant. The coconut and clay add just the right amount of grit to polish the skin but does not cross the line into the sandpaper zone, just right for sensitive skinned people. The founder’s favorite way to use this cleanser is to wash her face with it at the beginning of the bath, then let it sit and wash it off at the end of the bath. Makes for a lovely mask!
Light as a Featha smells like a dream. If it “accidentally” gets in your mouth- we won’t judge you..
Keep outta the shower, folks! It’ll clump on you because it’s a paper container! If you must have in the shower, add a dose to a separate waterproof jar.
- Honey helps offset bacteria that causes blemishes, without drying the skin.
- Rhassoul clay draws out impurities to clarify and improve texture.
- Coconut is soothing, and hydrating.
